Sizes listed are the actual fitted size of the bracelet, not the length of the bracelet end to end. Bracelet length is not a good indicator of size when working with different sized beads, their diameter will influence the fit.
For the most comfortable bracelet fit I recommend ordering a size 1/4"- 1/2" longer than your wrist measurement. Typically, a size of 3/4 inch to 1 inch or greater will be too large for your wrist.
The best way to measure your wrist is to use a fabric tape measure. However, if you don't have one available, you can use a piece of string, wrap it snugly around your wrist (not tight) and mark where the string overlaps. Place the string flat on a table and use a ruler to measure the string length where you marked it. That will be your wrist measurement to use for ordering your bracelet. Remember to add 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch to measurement for an ideal fit bracelet. The size you order is the size I customize your piece to.
Please keep in mind that each piece is personally customized to the size you order. Please ensure the measurement is correct to avoid the costs of postage both ways to exchange or resize the item.
I do not use 100% sterling findings to keep costs down for you, except the all the ear wires in the earrings are 925 sterling silver. Most of my findings are silver plated brass. The silver spacer beads I use are Miyuki glass seed beads with a Duracoat to protect the silver finish.
I am currently able to offer 100% Sterling Silver Findings as a custom upgrade for those who wish to have them for any of my jewelry designs. There is a custom listing option for sterling silver upgrade you may choose along with the item purchased to have the findings changed to sterling silver. No problem, I will gladly resize your purchase for no additional charge. You will need to pay for return shipping and incur the charge to have the resized jewelry shipped back to you. Send me a note to let me know you need an item resized so I can expect the item. I will provide the address for you to send me the item. Once I receive the item, I will send you a link to pay for the postage to ship the resized item back to you. It will be shipped back to you once you pay for the return shipping costs.
I am currently not making custom orders at this time. I am however always willing to make adjustments to existing designs to personalize them for you. Just let me know if you would like a gemstone added or removed from a piece. Or maybe you see a bracelet you would like as a necklace or anklet. I can generally accommodate those requests without too much difficulty and don't consider them a custom order, just a modification of my current designs.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate wholesale requests.
We rely on the USPS for the delivery of all our items domestically. We ensure that all items are scanned by the post office when we drop them off. Once the post office receives the package, we can no longer guarantee the delivery of the items. Postal insurance is available, upon request, to protect and insure your package for a small additional charge. Just send us a note after checkout and we will send you a link to purchase insurance for your package.
If tracking indicates your item is "delivered" but you did not receive the package, contact your local post office right away. They will need to assist you to locate the package. We do not replace packages marked as delivered by the post office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have shipped. We are not responsible for post office delays in shipping due to holidays, incorrect addresses, and other delays. If a package is returned to us for incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for paying for shipping again to resend your package to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a package has shipped.
